Embrace Healing through Therapy
Your Empathetic Therapist in Alpharetta
Empathy-Led Therapy Sessions - Your Safe Space for Healing
Anxiety can be the mental noise that never seems to quiet. When you wake up every day feeling like you are drowning, overwhelmed by the number of ‘to-do’s,’ it can feel paralyzing. The more overwhelmed you feel, the more hopeless you become and despair feels like a weight a dragging you down. On and on the cycle goes until you decide that’s enough. I am ready to break this cycle and get back to living life on my terms.
About Online Therapy
In many ways online (virtual) therapy feels just like being in a therapy office but it is more convenient to you and your schedule. It offers the flexibility for me to meet you where you are (literally and figuratively!). My clients enjoy the comfort and ease of engaging in therapy from a place they feel safe and allows them more freedom to dedicate much needed time for self-care by focusing on their mental health.
Tailored Therapy Services - Because You Deserve to Be Heard
I’m Jazmin, a therapist, residing in Alpharetta, GA (the greater Atlanta area) and I help women who feel overwhelmed with anxiety and depression to feel grounded and more at ease in their day-to-day life. Therapy takes your precious time and energy, so you want to leave with the tools and knowledge to confidently manage the challenges that you face. It is important to me that clients leave therapy with a clearer understanding of who they are and strategies to manage the issues that brought them to therapy. Otherwise, what’s the point?
My clients see me weekly, so that we can gain momentum and they can begin feeling better right away. I like giving clients material to engage with at the end of each session to keep positive change flowing and ensure they feel the benefits of therapy as quickly as possible.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Virginia, living in Alpharetta, GA (greater Atlanta area), with 10 years of experience in the field. My therapeutic style is eclectic with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused approaches. I tailor my approach to my client, knowing that therapy is not one size fits all.
Getting Started
What to Expect
Counseling sessions are 50 minutes, one time per week. As we gain momentum in therapy and you begin to experience positive change, we can discuss moving to bi-weekly (every other week) sessions to assess whether that growth continues with more time between sessions. This is a good sign because it means you are closer to reaching your goals and ending therapy.
